14+ years building lubricant technical service and quality programs at Shell, Castrol, and SKF's Russian successor. Now I help brands, distributors, and fleets across Asia turn technical expertise into revenue.
My Journey
My path started at Shell, where I built the LubeAnalyst oil-analysis service and optimized LubeMatch, the online oil selector, growing service sales 25% and doubling analysis orders for accounts like John Deere, Komatsu, and Liebherr.
At Castrol, I moved deeper into product: developing lubricant portfolios, running trials programs with labs, and managing OEM approvals, while delivering 20+ training sessions a year. I won the Castrol Talents award for it. I carried that same scope into Tek-Kom, the SKF lubricants successor in Russia, building quality systems and technical documentation for a full product line from scratch.
Alongside the corporate track, I've co-founded two IoT ventures: iQar, a B2B SaaS and IoT platform automating fleet fluid dispensing, targeting a 15-30% cut in maintenance costs and a 20% drop in unplanned downtime, and ZeroFarm, bringing IoT to small-scale farming. I build there too, so my technical advice stays grounded in what's buildable. Today, as Membership Services Manager at the Asian Lubricants Industry Association, I help brands, distributors, and fleets across Asia turn lubricant quality and technical service into a competitive advantage.
